"The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well maintained and had everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The views from the living room and the double bedroom across to the sea were stunning. It's safe to say next time we go to St Ives we will definitely book this lovely accommodation 🙂"

"What a great place to stay! Check in was easy, Nino popped in just after we arrived to give us the "low down" on the apartment and to also give us some really helpful information about Newquay. Super clean, had all the "mod cons" that we needed. Very much appreciate a king size bed that was so comfortable, which also goes for the twin beds. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and into town. Fantastic view from the sofa and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Parking...

"We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"Nino the manager connected with us prior to our stay and just before our arrival. He was so friendly and informative.He came up to the suite and showed us around. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was spotless. The photos are exactly what you get. I did have a couple of conversations with Bina the owner prior and she was lovely. We had a great time and would love to return.."

"During the booking and information gathering stage Alan Hocking was very helpful and responsive. The property description (images and words) is thorough and accurate; so no surprises on arrival. As the living area (combined dining room, lounge, kitchen) is quite small, it would have been tempting for the owner to enhance the image to make it look bigger; he hasn't so what you see is what you get. "This was our second stay in this apartment. The location is fabulous, easy for Fistral and town, with views over the golf course and wonderful sunsets weather permitting. "Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
