"Great townhouse, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for family of 6. (5 adults 1 child). We were glad to have Air conditioning during our stay as it was the heatwave period. Pool was ideal for keeping cool. Property was clean. Beach 2 mins walk away. Proper supermarket was 10 minutes walk away. Local restaurants and bars between 9 and 15 minute walk. Ideal location. We had a couple of initial queries on arrival which the property manager responded to really promptly. Would definately stay again...

"Just back from a lovely one week Stay in this villa, the villa has everything you could possibly need and more the pool is amazing, bed was really comfy too, we needed to speak to Cecilia for a couple of things and they were sorted straight away, quiet location but stones throw from bars and restaurants, we hired a car and went to Pollença which was beautiful Alcudia port is lovely too, only downside to stay moskitos, I have been bitten several times and we used a deet repellent, but didn’t work...

"Overall we were very impressed with the villa and utilised the outside space as much as we could as we visited in Feb/March. An outside heater would have been a great way to increase our outside living time. The kettle also didn’t like the sockets in the kitchen as the electric kept cutting out but we moved it into the dining room and all was fine. I would and will definitely book Casa Marcos again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great house with a pool for good value."

"Very nice villa, clean and with everything you need for a lovely holiday. 2 min walk from a beautiful beach with loungers and beach bar, bit further to bars and restaurants for the evening - some within a 15 min walk but better to get the bus into the port or the old town. Big supermarket just over the road."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location was outstanding - a nice 40 minute walk into Alcudia. A 5 to 8 minute walk to a good grocery store. Easy access to drive out to other parts of Mallorca. It was so relaxing - quiet and peaceful. We spent a good part of our day outside lounging. We used the outdoor grill a few times for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our swims, every mornng. What a great way to start the day. We wished we stayed longer."

"Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Highlight für unsere zwei Kinder war der Pool. Hier kam auch regelmäßig jemand zur Reinigung vorbei. Die Kommunikation war super! Wir konnten umgehend nach Ankunft in Mallorca in die Villa und es war alles super easy. Die Villa an sich war in Ordnung. Leider sind viele Küchenutensilien sehr veraltet. Auch wäre eine Schattierung/Markise draußen sehr von Vorteil gewesen. Wir waren im August vor Ort und zum Frühstücken/Mittagessen draußen ist es...

"Good location, very close to the beach but the house for the price is a bit old and tired and in need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms which are not pleasant to use!! Some of the beds are not that comfy and the layout of the house is also very strange. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and found it hard to get into the house with the number of keys and entry doors around the house, also there was no bottled water supplied for the first night which was not a good situation...

"Everything was perfect! The property is close to the beach, it is well maintained, clean and safe for children. Lenka, our property manager, was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information to get to the place. She even recommended some nice restaurants in the neighborhood."

"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "
