Muito velho, muito simples

O hotel é muito velho, com instalações muito precárias. O ar condicionado não tinha a opção de ar quente, colchão antigo e desconfortável, chuveiro elétrico. E, a fechadura do quarto não fechava, tivemos que encostar um móvel para fechar a porta. Tudo muito simples para um valor elevado da diária. De pontos positivos o bom atendimento e o café da manhã que estava gostoso. Ainda, o acesso ao quarto é por escadas.

O hotel em si foi satisfatório. Atendimento bom, organização, lugar e vista linda e bem proximo ao centro. Minha insatisfação foi com a desorganização do app de reserva, onde apresentou opções que não estavam disponíveis, depois que fiz a reserva e entrei em contato com o hotel fui informado das aliterações. Enfim acho que deveriam ter mais cuidado nas informações passadas pelo app para não criarmos expectativas erradas quanto aos passeios.
