We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our time. We did have a small hiccup, but the management took care of it immediately. I would recommend staying here, especially if you want a calm, safe, and convenient location.

Front desk did not give any information related to the all inclusive perks. We could not reserve a la carte dining because we did not know we had to reserve 24 hours ahead. We received the info the next day in English. They would not give us a late check out, even by an hour and did not offer a place to shower in the interim. Our room was a good distance from all activities by the beach. People would reserve beach chairs early and not use them. No one was enforcing the rules. No water sports or hotel activities at this location. Housekeeping was good The rooms were clean and large. Nice and clean pools. The beaches are very nice there.
