"My teen daughter & I had an excellent stay for a week at the Citizen M Victoria Station. Our room was thoughtfully designed for function & style. The iPad control for EVERYTHING was intuitive & helpful in setting the room to our preferences. The staff as incredibly helpful & accommodating. Would definitely staff again."

"Hotel is located in an excellent area, next to the city centre, Victoria Station is at few mins walk. Price is very reasonable. Reception staff was very friendly and polite although the areas and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, I guess there’s an issue of dirty water coming back into the toilet. "
