It’s mainly a private club that has about 14 rooms. The rooms are on a floor with the restaurant and bar. They are tucked away in a dark hallway. The location of the club was perfect for our needs and about a 10-15 minute walk to Rittenhouse.

Visited the Fitler Club for my partners birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere of the club overall was amazing with art and beautiful architecture all over the property. The amenities were amazing - we used the gym, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, and the golf simulator! What a wonderful way to spend the day after a night out! The restaurant was amazing - food and drinks were on point and not too crazy overpriced. Overall very happy with our stay and we will definitely be returning! Shout out to the staff for being so helpful and answering any questions we had while there. Emily specifically was fantastic!!

The property and the staff were excellent and wonderful. We know it's a private club but so glad you rent rooms to non members. We loved it. Hope to visit at a later date. The one negative to me was some trouble using the shower. My wifey had no problem. Top shelf facility🙂😌

I called the hotel early to see if we could get into our room prior to the 3pm check in time, they said we couldn’t because they were cleaning rooms. We showed up at 3:10 and were told that they needed another 15-30. We didn’t get up to our room until almost 4. The lack of communication is disappointing especially for the amount we paid for the evening. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and we enjoy our stay. Jasmine was helpful and the restaurant was wonderful.

Staff was kind. Room was cool. Loved the design of the spaces and the range of available amenities. The experience could’ve been awesome, but the communication and information provided was frustrating and left us confused. There’s no type of map or guide to where the different amenities are on the multiple-floor property or how to access them; how to exit to the street; or the best address to put in for an Uber (it was very confusing). I texted the concierge and asked if there was any map or list we could use to navigate and they said no. Also the hours listed for the bar/restaurant on the website and in-room information paper were inconsistent with each other and with what the bartender told us as he was closing up shop hours earlier than the listed time. These feel like simple issues to fix, so hopefully that’ll happen. I’d be happy to try staying here again, but hope the user experience is better next time.
