Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Bison Ranch, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms and property overall were extremely clean. We loved the amenities including all of the games and activity options. We are already talking about booking our next trip!

Bison Ranch is an oasis away from home for anyone! We have small children and we had a fabulous stay. Our family is now looking to buy a cabin in the area because that’s how much we fell in love with Bison Ranch and Heber. Plus everyone is very friendly - I’ve made so many new friends it’s amazing! Check it out if you want a good time and a safe comfortable living accommodations away from home.

This location is the best anyone can get. The rooms are very clean and up to date.They take pride of their property and it shows. Thr rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Please do yourself and your family a favor and come enjoy a stay here.

It was nice and quiet. ATV trails connected to property was a plus and no need for fishing license was really nice too. I didn't like how close it was to the main road and could hear traffic at times. Overall it was a great trip and place to stay. The staff was very nice and friendly.

We had a great time, celebrating a birthday. The room was clean and the weather was perfect. The couple of downsides were the pool was closed and we had a noisy fan.

Second time coming here!!! We absolutely love it!!! Fishing within walking distance, so many activities in the game room, awesome crafts that you can purchase from the front desk(reasonable prices), rooms are amazing!!! Everything is well maintained and customer service is great!!! We will be back soon!!

Perfect for families!

We love Worldmark Bison Ranch! It is great for families. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff is amazing! Lots to do at the ranch. They have a rec. room, pool, horses on the property, a playground, outside games, crafts, movies to rent and little shops. It is out in the middle of nowhere so it is quiet but not a lot to do outside the ranch. We don't mind because we are fully entertained on the ranch and never want to leave!

Clean and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath suite with roomy kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and a surprise Murphy bed in the living area. Washer and dryer included in unit which came in handy. Basic kitchen supplies and utensils, had what we needed. Restaurant on premises. Note that pool and hot tub are outdoors, pool was closed at this time of year but hot tub was advertised as open - not well-maintained (the only negative of this stay).

I live the size and the fact it has everything we need, like home. I do not like the distance from parking to the room however we cpuld move our luggage over the balcony. One other thing, we specifically asked for the room we wanted to stay in. And didn't say we couldnt hold that room, we ended up woth what was left . The room was intially the smell of pesticide, mostly in the main room/couch /sofa and wall bed areas. I vented the rooms a little but after awhile it wasnt as bad.

The property and amenities were great! Our room was very nice, clean and had a wonderful view of the pond and fountain. The patio deck area was a nice feature. It was everything we thought it would be. We did not like the DAILY charge for wifi Internet access. That was our only issue. Most places we have stayed the wifi was inclusive. Would like to see that change in the future. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

We love coming to Bison Ranch. We always take advantage of the movie room and free popcorn. The game room is such a fun place for the kids and we love exploring. The maintenance man is so nice and we always see him taking care of the property. The 2 bdrm is perfect for our family of 5. With 3 teenagers space is important. We usually bring our own food so having a full kitchen is great too. Our check in was amazing and the staff that helped us with the movie was also awesome and accommodating with our crazy teenagers.
