"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."

"Considering Norway (or Scandinavian countries in general) has a rep for being expensive, I think it was reasonably priced for what I got. I was only there for one night so I cant go too in depth, but was positive from what I experienced, I had a single room to myself, with a comfy bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette (I believe you can lend kitchen pots and pans for a deposit) it was like having my own little studio apartment in Oslo!"

"Numa Hallen was a great place to stay for a long weekend. As I arrived quite late I like having the access code ready to code so I didn’t need to bother checking in. It’s a great area close to all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The essentials cupboard was also a great idea so you could grab extra towels or coffee! "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have laundry facilities. Bit problematic with only one washer for the whole building. The room was difficult to navigate with sofa bed unfolded. Very tight for a family of four. The linens were nice and was happy to have a Nespresso machine and small kitchen. Bathroom was very small. We were not in the main building. The neighborhood had nice dining options. We enjoyed Luca for pizza. "

"I love how the hotel is close to a few different public transit stops, several places to eat, have a drink, or have coffee, and shops for necessities. The room was spacious and clean and the property management was responsive and fixed the minor issue we had right away. What I didn't like is that the elevator was out of order (they did have someone available to help carry our bags but I have mobility problems), and the locks on the windows were pretty worn out. "The property was a good choice! A 40 Minutes delay in access on a hot day with luggage after a long journey prevented 5 stars. Be prepared for the electronic keys as not being the best at tech was a little concerning! I thought I was prepared but downloaded the wrong unloc app in advance! A direct link was provided at check in. Perhaps sending this earlier would be helpful. it was unfortunate that the road outside had suffered major environmental damage days earlier so we had major road...
