The hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant had a wonderful menu to choose from and all was very delicious. If and when I return, I will be staying there again.

The staff here are superb! Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with anything I asked for (even during air attack!) Housekeeping was outstanding and restaurant staff were great. The included breakfast was unbelievable! It‘s too bad a certain Mr Putin showed up from time to time but try as he might he could not spoil the atmosphere here.

very poor service in the restaurant

Service in the restaurant of the hotel was awful! First of all: most of employees of the hotel didn`t protect guest by wearing masks. They had masks, but just "for show", it means they didn`t cover mouth and nose. Nobody of management cares about it. The waiters in the restaurant are not interested in the guests. They don`t come to the table for asking if you want to order more or if everything is ok. If you want to order, you have to search for a waiter... Note: in this evening there were just 2 (!!) couples as guests in the restaurant - 2 waiters for 4 guests. I don`t know what they had to do all the evening long, but they had no time for us. We asked for 2 glasses of Prosecco for Aperitiv. The waiter told us: we don`t have Prosecco, but you can order a whole bottle. As I asked the restaurant-manager she told me: Prosecco is out. But there were several kind of Prosecco at the wine-list... I suppose they didn`t want to open a new bottle just for 2 glasses. Very poor for a 5-star-hotel! OK, so I decided to order a glass for Chardoney. Sorry, we don`t have Chardoney! Of course, there was Chardoney at the wine-list (also available in glasses). Same for the dessert I decided to order. Don`t know if they had other dessert, I had no desire for staying longer. If you want to have a excellent service and if it`s important for you that hotel staff of a 5-stars-hotel is caring about you: choose another hotel.

استغرب من التعليقات المؤثرة سلبًا على الفندق.! فندق جميل ونظيف ويستاهل ولوً برجع راح أكرر السكن فيه، تم استأجر غرفتين وحدة غرفة عادية بسريرن منفصلة وكانت بالقسم الثاني للفندق والغرفة أثاثها ممتاز ونظيف والخدمات فيها من اجمل ما يكون كذلك الفندق حالته العامة فوق الممتازة 10/10 وبالنسبة للغرفة الاخرى كانت بسرير ملكي لكن تم إعطائنا upgrade بدون ما نطلب وكان سويت روعة وفي غاية من الجمال لأمانة النظافة 10/10 الخدمة 10/10 يؤصلون لك الحقائب الى الغرفة كذلك اذا طلبت منهم شي على طول يكون حاضر بالاضافة الى ذلك العاملين يتحدثون اللغة الانجليزية والاهم يقدمون لك جميع انواع المساعدة. السويت فيه مطبخ عيب الحمام مافيه شطاف لكن هذا طبيعي وفيه البديل عنه يقدمون خدمة الذهاب الى المطار مقابل مبلغ مالي. الممرات معطرة بأجمل أنواع العطر وكذلك النظافة ممتازة عندهم SPA التقييم الكلي 10/10

stayed another time in Il Decameron Hotel in Odessa. This time service excellent - nothing to complain. All waiters were wearing mask while serving (what is not taken for granted in Odessa...). All the rest - rooms, kitchen, breakfast, cleanliness - was perfect like it had been at my previous stays

Well Rested

Was OUTSTANDING, the service from all departments, Reception, housekeeping, waitstaff, restaurant. The room was superior, bed was very comfortable, all amenities, including a bottle of sparkling wine given to us by the hotel for being Gold members with Hotels.com. This may be considered a four star hotel, however they treated us as Five star guest. Next stay here will be for at least five days. The Breakfast I forgot to mention, it was Delicious. Thank you to all your associates for making our day so relaxing.
