"Good mid range hotel. Room clean and spacious with a good bed. Food pretty good but hotel expensive. Staff all very professional. Only downside was noisy air conditioner over night. "
"It was a good trip 2 weeks ago so we booked again! This is our new favourite hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Staff went above and beyond to help cool our ice packs for a rowing event."
"Everything was ok apart from the lack of wifi or any mobile signal. If you need to use your phone or laptop you will not be able to. Mobile date signal is non-existent and the pubs wifi does not work at all"
"Fabulous location for the city centre, however if you want somewhere quiet you’d be disappointed, we had the window open because of the heat but you can hear all the neighbouring bars and the clocks chime every 15 minutes. Thankfully the chimes do stop around 10pm until morning so doesn’t disturb sleep. Windows sufficiently block noise. The hotel is very basic as expected. Clean but not spotless. Comfortable enough beds but need some firmer pillows! "

"Lovely room ,hard mattress which I liked but my wife didn't. Dog friendly. The breakfast choice was just right ,full English or cereals and fruit etc. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds but due to the amount of rain recently the ground was a bit swamped."
