"Hotel was great. Water park was a lot of fun. Anyone who says this hotel is rundown is a snob. The hotel was charming and had character. Everything worked in our room and we had multiple pools to visit plus the water park. It wasn’t hot when we visited so it was nice the water was heated at the water park. No need to bring floats or towels. It’s all included. "

"We stayed 3 nights in March. Rooms were clean and big enough. Property is aging so there are issues. Pullout needed covering before sheets went on. Pool was very cold but refreshing. Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly. "

"Room is fine. The AC unit is a bit odd in that it is retrofitted with a box that sits over the vent in the main room that is supposed to share air with the bedroom, but there is no airflow to the bedroom unless you partially block the main room vent. If you get a room facing the highway it will be noisy so be prepared to have some white noise generator (fan). Pool is nice and clean. If you want good and reasonably priced Mexican, try Valle Luna about 2 miles away - everything was really good....

"The pool area was beautiful & the staff was nice. The beds are terrible & rooms are small. Our tub was gross looking & they were working on a room next door and stuff backed up into our tub which was disgusting. There was no warning given, but they knew when I called down what was happening."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
