On arrival we were checked in smoothly although our room was not ready the girl at reception was very helpful stating we could leave luggage . We were given an upgraded room which was beautiful. "This was a great place to spend our last night of travel.Train was accessible to go back into Newcastle for one last evening at the pub with family. We were a one minute walk to airport and rooms were comfortable. We had asked for early check in which wasn’t ready but one room was ready and we stowed all luggage in that room . "I give a 3 star rating in the facility area as the beds and pillows fealt like I was sleeping on building site materials. The bed was solid like what I’d imagine sleeping on a concrete block would be like and the pillows were like sand bags. So uncomfortable I hardly slept but that aside I couldn’t fault the place otherwise"

"Hotel was very nice but old and could use some updating. Its in middle of nowhere with literally 2 miles of drive on narrow road in fields with no buildings in site. This did make it quiet. There was a nature trail that we did not have time to explore. It was convenient location for us as a stop on drive between Glascow and Liverpool"
