We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend.

Our 2nd stay at the Niantic Inn. Both experiences were excellent. Great location in the heart of Niantic. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I left an item behind in the room after checkout and they were happy to promptly put it in the mail for me. We'll be back and I highly recommend.

Went for a mother daughter trip and my mom could NOT stop raving about it. This was a perfect place to call home during our Gilmore Girl inspired trip. The room is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. (Hotel included). Netflix on the TV? AMAZING. Cute welcome plate with candy and tea? AMAZING. They had puzzles, extra blankets and pillows, a LARGE TV. And so much space. It literally felt like just being in an apartment. My mom was so comfortable. 10/10 recommend. Its also like a 5 min walk to the beach. Which I loved.

Love this place! Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful and truly seemed to love what they do. The location was superb in close proximity to the "boardwalk" and all the great restaurants in town. Stumbled upon this gem and will eventually stumble back!

The Inn was easy to find and in a very nice location. The staff person on duty was friendly and polite. The room was spacious and very clean with a very nice and comfortable bed. We didn't find anything that needed attention. It was only a 1 night stay and we enjoyed our stay.
