I would definitely stay here again- the staff were great, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was varied and delicious (i had porridge with honey the first day and french toast the second day- there was also cooked food available and a range of continental items). The hotel was quiet and very homely. A very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff helpful. We especially appreciated the staff on the morning we departed who called us a taxi and served us expresso as we waited. The restaurant meal we had was also excellent.

This place was absolutely charming. There’s only 18 rooms in the lodge but the bar and restaurant were packed for dinner. Fantastic food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
