It was quiet with no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a reasonable hour. The staff were all friendly, helpful and simpatico. The hotel is in an excellent location about 8 minutes walk to the Cathedral the heart of historic Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return."
