We stayed in “Premium“ part of hotel. Breakfast was 17 euros. Mini market nearby had great coffee and pastries. Our travelling companions had no safe in room. We paid for King bed, got only a double. Elevator near room didn’t go to ground floor. Only 1 elevator from our 5th floor to ground level. Nice pool area on the 6th floor.

Awesome place, but we decided not to take advantage of the breakfast. Quiet and clean (spotless) rooms, and great location: parking can be either be done in the hotel garage or (freely) on the street, albeit it could be difficult at times. U-bahn (subway) station 10 or so minutes away, to reach Munich center in 15-20'.

Very mixed on my stay. I stayed here for a couple of days. Although the staff cleaned a ton, I feel like there might have been bedbugs in my room. I have a bunch of bites all over my body, and as I was checking in, I also heard another guest complaining about this to the manger. I probably should have switched hotels then, but I was tired from a very long journey. Also the pillows looked dirty, I had to use my shirt as a pillow cover. Apart from that, the staff is helpful. The gym is subpar. (They do not have any weights.) Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to buses, shops, and everything you might need. My room had plenty of natural light and a nice view. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The internet connection was strong as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The gym is not as good as it shows on the website, and it's in the other building. The room itself has no aircon and no fridge. It might be my mistake, but I thought at least a small fridge should be the basic. The showerhead does not function well which is dripping all over. The door of the shower room cannot prevent water from splashing out. Breakfast is not bad, but the cost is super high. Staffs are nice.

Stayed here with friends whilst visiting Munich for Oktoberfest. Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a cheaper place that’s a bit further out of the city (10-15 min walk to nearest U/S-Bahn station then 10ish minutes to the centre e.g Marienplatz). Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy. Only really interacted with staff at check in due to being out often and checking out very early but they were very friendly and helpful. Not many amenities available other than shower/bathroom bits would be the only downside for us but we didn’t really notice it being out all the time. I found the area was quiet as well just off the main road so that was appreciated!

The hotel was convenient to public transportation. The staff was welcoming and warm. The front desk girl made me a pot of tea after a long day of taking in the sites. The breakfast buffet is banging! It is fresh, local, served hot. I couldn't count the number of offerings but you had to leave there full and satisfied. I would come back.

The property was clean,close to a bus stop, metro station, some really nice restaurants and had a lidl a few minutes away. Its sister hotel at the back of our hotel had a nice bar & wellness centre. The only negative comment I have to make is regarding the lady on reception, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was unfriendly & extremely rude.

Good value for a short stay in München

The hotel offers good $$ value for a short stay in München. The hotel staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable although the beds are pretty soft. There is no safe, coffee machine or a water cooker in the room. Around the hotel you can find some factory outlets (Replay) and some supermarkets like Lidl and bakery. There is a bus stop with high frequency connection to Münichen downtown. Also the S-Bahn and Metro is on a 10 minute walk distance. There is a large beer garden on the way between the S-Bahn and hotel, this beer garden (off the beaten path) is less touristy than in München downtown, this can be an advantage to check out how locals spend time in the beer garden.

Location was a bit of a stretch from town-center, but this was to be expected. Bare minimum amenities (really “none”) and one of the two clerks was less than pleasant. The shower basin overflowed and soaked our bathmat. There were 2 bugs in our room- one was a spider and the other- a black crawling bug at corner ceiling near the drapes. It was clean, however and sufficient for our needs.
