"Really nice hotel experience. We had 4 young children with us but the pool and amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning staff was amazing! We experienced the hot water not working and a blind that wouldn’t close but we called the main desk and both were fixed within minutes! 10/10 would recommend."

"We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early. "The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean."
