Room spotless and spacious; bed very comfortable. Reception staff and staff at breakfast vet friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the fruits and bread not being topped up in a timely fashion and the coffee machine slow and seem to be always low on milk.

We’d a good visit and enjoyed our stay. The best was the superb staff at the bar, breakfast and Tailor restaurant! The weather in the end of September was not the best and therefore the rooftop bar and pool couldn’t be used.

The pool is excellent. Great to relax but a good suze if you are a lap swimmer. Restaurant is pretty quiet. My advice eat at the pool bar.

The stay was pleasant, however there was a quiet humming sound coming from the center of the room and I could hear some heavy noise above me. The bathroom was descent but the shower room floor was slippery. This could cause some safety issues moving forward. The breakfast experience was delightful. The parking was a bit tight but manageable. The hotel is built on an old church building this gives it a unique vibe.

Giogina at the front desk is amazing. We saw her doing a great job with bunch of customers at the front desk while the fire alarm was on. I go to many Hotels and I pay a lot of attention to how we clean the room, the house keeper by the name of Fatima deserves a 6 stars , she pays a lot of attention to the customer’s needs and she is was very professional.
