The front desk staff, the bartender Jose, and the cleaning staff were excellent. The restaurants in site and on the roof were great as well, and it was great to have a healthy foods restaurant on site as well. Walking distance to a lot of things very close and 10-15 mothers to all to the poblano things

I loved everything about this hotel! It’s a super stylish hotel in a great location in Poblado. The staff were amazing, the room super perfect for my wife, son and I, and the complimentary restaurant breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a cool, vibrant and quiet area of Medellin.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean. Loved having the filtered water in the room! My room had some normal wear and tear but nothing egregious. I was staying with a group but in a room by myself and felt very safe.

Clean, beautiful views, staff was friendly and armed guard (felt safe). Had many amenities. Disliked: paid in full and had 2 people listed. The second guest wasn’t able to make it. Overall the staff are so courteous, the place is a relaxing place to stay with armonios environment. Confortable bedrooms and also has the facility to wash clothes whenever needed, and they also gives you the laundry detergent with no need to spend on it. I definitively will return.
