"Terrific hotel. Starting with Darnell at the front desk. Beautiful service, location, views and rooms. It even had a yoga mat in the room. Comfortable separate dressing area with vanity and sink. "It was a one night stay and nothing worth reporting given the limited contact. Please note check out is at 11am. At 11am sharp, i got a knock on my door basically saying I had to leave or pay a penalty. I called reception to see if i could negotiate 30 minutes and was told if I didn't check out within the next 15 mins or so, the system will automatically bill me extra charges! No room for even negotiating or talking about it! It's the first time in many years of travelling and staying at hotels...
