The hotel didn’t have proper air conditioning and it was 37 degrees and we were dying. Poor housekeepers had to work in a sauna. I had paid for an oceanfront room which was a small hole in the wall with one twin bed when I had requested two beds. There were disgusting bugs all over the balcony and inside the room. The employees were excellent in this hotel which made it bearable. Other than that, I’ll never stay here again.

The location is good and it has a very good view and a beautiful beach. They welcome you with a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Nice detail. There are too many guests so a lot of noise and little space in the small pools does not make the stay pleasant. The buffet is varied, the food is average but unfortunately they are the worst drinks I have ever had in an all-inclusive hotel. You can't drink them with so much sugar and artificial flavors. In the bathroom you can hear the sound of water when they bathe upstairs. The screen is very small. And maybe they should remodel the rooms, they are old.

Girişte biraz bekledik ama sonra resepsiyon daki arkadaşlar guzel bir oda verdi...Yemekler guzeldi et balik tavuk cesitler vardi ve lezzetliydi.Cafe de bon da çalışan Zeki cok yardimciydi Kubra &Elçin hn da cok kibardi..kalabalık bir zamandı fakat hijyen iyiydi iyi idare ediyorlar

Geçirdiğimiz konaklama, beklentilerimizin çok ötesindeydi. Otelin lüks atmosferi ve modern tasarımı hemen dikkat çekiyor. Odalar son derece konforlu ve genişti; her detay, konforumuz düşünülerek tasarlanmıştı. Yataklar oldukça rahat ve odanın manzarası muhteşemdi. Ayrıca temizlik konusunda da çok titiz bir hizmet verildi. Personel güler yüzlü ve son derece profesyoneldi, her isteğimiz hızlıca yerine getirildi. Otelin restoranındaki yemekler hem lezzetli hem de sunumları harikaydı. Spa ve diğer olanaklar da tam anlamıyla dinlendiriciydi. Burada geçirdiğimiz tatil, tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi.
