The stay was good. Room is clean and location is great. Breakfast was excellent, however the food in the restaurant was just ok and service very average. Overall a good experience.

Lovely room very clean , all staff very friendly and the food was excellent. We will definitely revisit
Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year.
Nice hotel with a very good bar and restaurant. Excellent service provided by all the staff we dealt with. Would definitely stay here again when next visiting this area.
One of my favourite hotels, love the area. The rooms are always lovely and clean, was upgraded on this occasion. Breakfast lovely with plenty to choose from. Cannot fault it
The hotel was very well positioned for walks given the area, it iis well recommend, also was run like clockwork very efficient. We ate in the hotel and the food was very good especially the breakfasts.
Friendly efficient staff made our stay very comfortable. Dinner & breakfast were excellent; art work and photography around the building gave a really local focus and added to ambience that celebrated the local area.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Perfect place for walking the hills and enjoying stunning scenery! Great service and wonderful food!
We planned a walk on the Malverns so decided to stay here for a night as it was perfectly placed. What a great hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely big room. (we had a junior suite) lovely big bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.
Found out I was working early and offered to pack me a free breakfast. Food in the evening was also amazing. Hats off to the Chef. Excellent stay with very friendly staff well done and thanks all
Wonderful stay in the Malvern hills. It was a bit foggy on arrival but the views next morning were stunning. The rooms were sizey with good amenities. The food was top notch and enjoyed every mouthful including the delicious pudding. I can not praise the staff enough 😀 they were helpful throughout and happy to do your bidding. This was a 2 day business trip but I would come back and bring my wife for a 3/4 night stay.
We stayed for one night, this was a very pleasant stay, from the moment we arrived to when we left, customer service in all areas was great, lady at the desk was pleasant and welcoming, ordered us a taxi and booked us in for evening meal, then showed us the way to room, well it was lovely warm and huge, bathroom had both shower and bath which is unusual as normally shower over the bath, plenty of room, bed comfortable, water for both of us, tea/coffee and biscuits on tray, telephone was the older type which was a lovely touch, colour matched the room, 2 chairs to relax and the bedding was very good quality information in a file was typed out in order, not just writing it was thought about explained about meals, wifi, room plus the services in house, we had an evening meal where they had the woodfire going was an added bonus felt warm and cosy , food was good to had steak sandwich was filling and lasagne was huge and cooked well, the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, from fruit, cereals and juices, english breakfast well the sausages were gorgeous full meat, local butchers, cooked properly, no greasy hash browns or runny fat on the plate, poached eggs yellow and cooked to perfection, the cook knows how to cook, service was the same young lady attentive and smiley, all in all this was a very lovely hassles free and relaxing stay.
