"This unit is very contemporary, modern and clean. My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks while he was studying at a local School of Spanish in Plaza de Merced. The location was ideal in that the street on which the unit is located had all food and drink services plus other shops. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction, and in the same time you could walk the other way to the beautiful old town. "What a gem! The apartment was spacious and much nicer than indicated by the pictures. Very large, sunny balcony and a carefully managed garden and pool deck. We had such a good time here and extended our stay. Kitchen could be better equipped, but that's a very small detail in the larger picture."
