They gave me a room for disabled which was awful and stinky. I requested a change and it took 45 minutes to get the new room. By then it was 12:45 am and I was exhausted. People at reception should do a better job from the beginning.

The hotel was very clean and nice especially for the price . Convenient location from airport , friendly staff . Lobby area was very charming . The room although not very large had everything you would need , bed was very large and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid or where they have another Zleep hotel

Amazing stay , calm and beautiful hotel all staff were lovely and friendly. We are a family of 5 with a 2 year old baby and one of the rooms chosen for us with the baby was comfortable and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone

"Close to airport" is still €25-€30 fare. Hotel food menu is awful with no other resaturants or shops close by. Staff were quite honestly the worst ive encountered, unattentive, prferential treatment to spanish speaking guests. Very robotic welcoming, no warmth or smiles. Gym has 3 pieces of equipment in it. Rooms were "fine" as expected tbh - the only positive is it is very quiet, so you can have an uninterrupted sleep.

The hotel is close to the airport and clean but I didn’t enjoy the stay. Doesn’t have any Spanish vibes as all. The AC is not adjustable, too cold in the room. Asking for help didn’t help to resolve the issue.The early check in is a friendly 10 euro per hour (( The breakfast is Very limited (boiled eggs instead of omelette, and the rest is limited as well). The location is not good, nothing around.

Arrived late at night and left very early in the morning. I think the property was just ok, not many things around. There was no water at some point. Fortunately it was close to midnight and just finished brushing my teeth. Don't know how much that lasted but it was ok when I had to get ready to leave.
