This was our first time staying at The Other House and we would definitely come back. The apartment was small but they made greatbuse of space and furnishings were unique and welcoming. The location was very central, easy walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, lots of great restaurants to choose from and area felt very safe. We only used the lounge for a drink one night.

The bar and eating facilities and the steam room, sauna and pool facilities were great. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were very friendly and warm and accommodating. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The hotel design and decor was amazing and its proximity to the tube was a plus.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were very spacious. With all you would ever need. (Courtyard) On the same level as the residence spa/pool. Nice to have sauna and steam room available. Pool was a little cold. Loved this property and the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the beds, they look beautiful but the mattress hard and pillows weren’t very supportive. Despite this I would stay again (just might bring my own pillow haha)
