I travel a lot, so I was in a lot of hotels in different countries in the past. For me, this hotel does not have services of a 4 star hotel. Rooms I had were so small, humid, no refrigerator, no tissues, not enough hygienic materials, shower had not a good water debit, no good customer service, and not quite at all. For me, it is a 3 stars hotel in best case senario if I want to be generous.
I received a room in underground floor with small window that could not be opened completely. The room conditions didn’t correspond to the pictures shared on Expedia. The room was small, humid, and dark.
It was difficult to move inside the room. The access to the bed was only from the bottom side (note possible to go to bed from right and left sides because of the walls next to the bed).
I asked to reception to change my room. They told me that they are fully booked and will see next day with manager if it is possible to change the room. That means there was no manager present on that day!
They transferred me to another room on 4th floor on second day. The room was a little better compared to first room. However, the water pressure was poor in the bathroom. There was no tissue in the room. The room was humid. No sac for used clothes, no tissue in the room, the debit of water in the bathroom room was very bad.
The only good thing to me was the location of the hotel which is closed to public transportation. That’s all.
I do not recommend it to anyone and won’t be back to this hotel.
