"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Great comfortable stay. Staff all helpful and friendly when needed. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment. Location is great to get around. Only used this hotel for the Brixton Disco Festival. Parking is literally a 3 minute walk, safe and secure. No fridge in room but could be down to booking standard room. Lovely space in room"

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."

"1. Prior to my stay it was beyond difficult to contact my host and get check in information. Multiple calls from myself and from VRBO. About two days before my departure VRBO made contact just to get check in info. This was crucial because I was coming from a different country and knew I would not likely have cell service. 2. Make it to flat, checked in, neighborhood ok, flat close to London tube. However, I want to take a shower after a long international flight...no hot water!! Enough...

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."
