"I paid extra for a larger room and they put me in a basement with limited natural light, but were kind enough to move me. A really nice room. TV really rubbish. A/C good. Quiet. Really limited dining or breakfast options. Location good for Piccadilly line, British Museum and walking to Covent Garden. I would stay again just because the rooms are a good size "
