Nice, comfortable and convenient. Steps away from the Tower Bridge and public transportation close by, excellent to get around the city. Hotel has a good breakfast. Rooms are small but comfortable. Loved my king size bed.

Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!

Reception staff, from the moment we checked in and added a night were helpful! Special mention to Lewis who helped us and accommodated us when we had luggage going in opposite directions!

Citizen M is across the road from the Tower of London, above Tower Hill tube station and close to numerous eateries, sights and was an ideal stay to observe the London Marathon,

The room is small (I know this prior to booking), but the stay was excellent- from breakfast, to the staff, the bar at the 7th floor, the common area in the ground floor. Very good value for money considering London is expensive.

Located in the heart of London next to Tower Bridge and an underground station. Rooms are very small but quiet (i.e. one person will need to climb over the other to get out of bed fi they need to get up at night) and you'll likely be checking yourself in. One staff member does all the check in support - if you prefer bellhops and other support, this is not your best match.

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved the location, loved my room. I wish I could recreate my ciyizenM room in my house! The amenities were top notch. The price is higher than what I usually pay but soooo worth it!

The hotel has a great ambience. The lobby is very cool the rooftop bar even cooler! But what makes this hotel really special is the staff. I was greeted with warm smiles and a desire to please at every turn. Special mention to the lovely bar staff - who really lifted my mood after a difficult day. Wish I had their names but they were such nice people.

What a great property and concept! I loved the price and what you get is what you need, a big bed, hot shower, clean room, and great wifi. Also, the decor and interior design is so cool....what a great place to stay.
