There were no bellhops and no one to help with bags. We had 8 large suitcases and the baggage trolley could only handle 2 bags at a time. I had to make 4 trips myself between the lobby and my 3rd floor room to get all the bags. In even a 2 star hotel in the rest of the modern world this would have been accomplished with one trip using a larger suitcase trolley.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay as we were flying out home the next morning. At 5am in the morning, we reached the airport in 10 minutes. Comfortable room, kids slept on the pull out sofa, it was clean and service was great. We walked to a mall 10 mins away for dinner. Would be happy to stay here again but not with bigger kids as the pull out bed might be too small and uncomfortable.

Doing construction 5 days out of my 6 days stay, I was also charge extra 400 euro because my son was over 16 years old and older on which when I did my bundle reservation his age was declared. Claudia and other girl was nice and assist us navigating around the area. Disappointed!

Room was very uncomfortable. Air con didn’t work and room got very stuffy. Kids bed was very uncomfortable. Lots of noise from outside all contributed to none of us sleeping well at all for our two night stay
