"Staff were friendly. There are alot of homeless out in the mall. Glad of the card access to get into the building as use lift. It's within walking distance to the waterfront and Beatles story. The booking was made with laundry access in mind. Both floors had one washing machine out of action. The following day my washing machine failed, putting on a 15 minute wash became 90 minutes with no spin and then on spin separately that failed. "This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."

"Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything! During my stay I did actually need some sanitary products at 1am in the morning, went down to reception and the kind gentleman gave me a whole box of tampax tampons and told me no purchase necessary as it was not a ‘luxury’ (although listed for £2 on the website). Could not fault this hotel, and the staff at all! Will definitely be back for another stay here. Brilliant service, well done Leonardo Hotels! 5* "
