A nice hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel has character though our room was a little dated and of need of modernisation. Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of cooked and continental breakfast served by a lovely team.

The hotel was well situated within easy walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go. The room was large, well appointed and comfortable. The staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast was really good. It was easy to park close to the entrance.

Though a rambling hotel covering many buildings and floors and it being in one of the heat waves so the rooms on the top floor were very hot, the stay was very good due to the friendly staff and excellent food on offer both for breakfast but particularly in the evening. This is my third stay at this hotel and is the go to one for me when working in Leicester. Cannot but highly recommend it for staying at.
