Staff is very helpful and careful, every small detail was taken into consideration. The rules about quiet space 10pm-8am to let other guests sleep well. Small desk and chair added to the room because I mentioned my need to work remotely (and btw the really fast internet through free WiFi connection, best which I had for this 3 weeks trip around Great Lakes).

Room was clean and air conditioner worked great. Since there was no balcony, would like to have somewhere to sit outside instead of room after dinner.

The room itself was good ... very clean and updated. The problem we had was families and people running up and down the hall screaming the first night ... then we listened to a physical conflict about 1 am the following night. If there were staff there in after midnight they did not intervene either night.
