"Everything was great. Newly renovated. Clean new white bed linens. Decor is lovely. Lobby is beautiful. The pull out sofa bed in a double queen room is great. Could fit 5 people if you needed. Great space for us 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens). Easy walk to Disney springs. Easy taxi/uber to universal and airport. Downstairs cafe serves Starbucks, baked goods, and a lot of refrigerated food/drink items. There’s also a pretty big sundries shop. Pool was cold (first weekend of February) and there isn’t really sunbathing because the tower blocks the sun. Can get food by the pool (comes from the restaurant). Got “upgraded” to a fireworks view but forgot I didn’t care for that. If you want to see the city / Disney springs view, then it’s good for you. We did see some fireworks from far. Also saw the hot air balloon at Disney springs. They said balconies above the 2nd floor cannot be used. We were on the 15th floor and the balcony was locked. I wish I stayed by the pool so I could sit on the balcony. "

"I didn’t go outside as I was attending a conference during my stay. The conference area was amazing. I was told by over that location great if you’re going to Disney springs. The lazy pool looked amazing from my balcony. Breakfast was perfect in the restaurant inside hotel. Super helpful night staff during my stay. Make sure too give taxi driver the correct address as two hotels with the same name. "
