The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna. My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work remotely, although it wasn't busy at all. Service was top notch-front desk staff was amazingly helpful with the questions we had. Breakfast was delightful with lots of choices, both buffet and to order. The spa area was gorgeous-we visited right away in the morning and the hot tub was lukewarm, but it was still very nice. The sauna was only open in the afternoon so we didnt get to visit that. The views out our balcony were also stunning. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and it has that cute modern alpine look. Our room had very little storage space though, there was no room in the bathroom to put a make-up bag down.
