"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I went with a friend & we had separate classic rooms & they were very comfortable & well looked after. I had a view of The Crescent. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing! Zoe was my masseur & was excellent. The hotel restaurant was faultless too. Staff were attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Toby in the bar was so customer focussed & had a good sense of humour & very efficient. The only negative was the inside of the wardrobe in my friend’s room was dusty. This didn’t distract from our lovely stay though. "

"Super hotel, stayed as part of a trip to Alton towers - feels newly refurbished, great to have a pool and sauna, and the food was great for dinner and breakfast. Would recommend for anyone planning to stay over before an Alton towers trip, no more than 30 mins drives "

"We loved our stay. The breakfast and the staff were phenomenal. The hotel lacks an elevator and our room was quite a distance to get to in the very back of the hotel, but these are the only negatives, otherwise the place is very nice. "
