Holiday Inn Edinburgh by IHG
Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver. For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it ...
