"Change of owner not communicated prior to stay, nor how to check in. I had to phone several numbers to find this out.Room very small, we never saw any other guests (were we tho only ones). Coffee and tea provided but no milk and no refresh of supplies during our stay. No housekeeping. Tiny room, basic bathroom. On the plus side when I did get through to the number full details on check in were provided and the 2 staff members who were there that day were helpful."

"Excellent service at reception got checked in earlier than should have. Bar didn't open till 4 just wanted to chill for a pint but could have went across road to sister hotel. Not a problem. Area at back of hotel for parking was spot on its just a pitty about other properties leaving there bins full and rubbish on ground.. Room was perfect roasting great smart tv and shower fits 2 😉. Definitely stay again. Ps needs a toiket brush."

"Friendly and genuine greeting. Our room's card reader was faulty, but it was no problem at all for whoever was on reception to unlock the door when required. Free parking, room was good and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be."

"We stayed here as it was close to the wedding venue we were attending and didn’t seem too expensive. Easy to find and park park at. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and I was grateful for the kettle and teabags/milk and use of hairdryer and ironing board. The downside was the bars downstairs. We were at the front of the building right above the hotel bar and both Friday and Saturday night I struggled to sleep til the partygoers left at midnight. I had the windows shut and the blinds...
