"Young hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful"

"Change of owner not communicated prior to stay, nor how to check in. I had to phone several numbers to find this out.Room very small, we never saw any other guests (were we tho only ones). Coffee and tea provided but no milk and no refresh of supplies during our stay. No housekeeping. Tiny room, basic bathroom. On the plus side when I did get through to the number full details on check in were provided and the 2 staff members who were there that day were helpful."

"This hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but the pledge they invite you to sign about not needing to have your room cleaned every day for so-called environmental protection is horse manure. It’s just a green-washing way to save themselves money. Also, don’t order from the night menu (if you can even find one in your room) unless you enjoy waiting for 40 minutes for lukewarm pizza that gives you the runs a few hours later! "Fabulous team, great location for drinks and a meal as so many options on Osborn Road. Thanks for accommodating us with a late breakfast after parkrun. Staff couldn’t have been anymore friendlier and welcoming. Indian Restaurant is amazing. Would highly recommend."
