"The room for 4 was wonderful and spacious. It was all updated and top notch. We did not get breakfast there, so cannot speak to that. The facility and location was wonderful, as well as the service. We only stayed 1 night passing through, and it was quiet given there is a pub next-door. Couldn't hear any music or crowd noise. However, it was a holiday weekend, so many enjoyed enough spirits that evening and were very loud when getting to their room - slamming doors and such, but nothing to...

"Super kind when we arrived from our of country 2 hours before check in. Carried our bags up the steps. (Thank you!) Warned it would be loud (above a bar on Friday night), but only heard base/drum rhythm faintly for about an hour. Bar was exceedingly loud when we ate there after some sightseeing, but food and service were good. Bed comfortable. Room small but sufficient. Neighborhood funky safe feeling, pretty & classic."

"Wonderful location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant- food was great and staff were excellent. Especially Adrian made the most delicious cocktail and was kind enough to write down the recipe. Easy drive to Cliffs of Moher. Local pub was great for an afternoon drink. "

"Great Bed and Breakfast with pub attached. Good music great food clean and staff is very helpful. You want to experience Ireland this is your place. Not far from Croagh Patrick good place to recharge for a night or two. Owner is a gentlemen who lived in states for a time. "

"We stayed four days and loved every minute of it. Siobhan is a lovely host and her mom is adorable! The breakfast is delicious and the staff are all especially helpful and friendly. If you are a tall person I’d recommend a room with a double bed - we had two twins and at 6’1” I’m a bit too long for that. I recommend this place with enthusiasm. "

"The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "

"Great place.. well stocked kitchen.. bed comfortable and bathroom spotless.. bedroom a little dark as window was shaded by hedge..also parking only available on street (busy street) i parked about 3 min away but felt it was safer than on the street. Would definetely stay there again"

"I arrived at the property on Friday evening having reserved 6 rooms on Expedia only to be told there was no record of my booking (despite the fact I am now completing a review requested by Expedia) I was hosting a party of 10 clients for a weekend away so this was a shock. to be fair to the owner he quickly found us alternative accommodation , but this was a fair way out of town and far from convenient. I would suggest you double check your booking with the property before leaving ."

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get lodging for that night (it was after 5pm when we arrived and were turned away). All the 'local' lodging was full. The...
