I loved the concept of the hotel - combining a retirement facility with a hotel and encouraging interaction between the generations - and thought the hotel was clean and quiet. There were only a few things that caused a lower than five star review - a lot of mildew in our shower stall, breskfast foods that weren't replenished for guests dining later than the early rush, no coffee machine en suite, and guests with loud children that were placed near quiet guests and were not asked to keep the noise level down. Otherwise a decent stay.

I like their concept of the hotel, half senior stay and half hotel. That also the reason the entire accommodation is extremely clean and tidy , the spa facility is super , every staff are super friendly and welcoming . My room in 4/f and with 180”c Mountain View . When u wake up is such a well bonus have such beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Artos. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and is less than a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. The surrounding area is beautiful and our room had a great view of the mountains. Staff was great and very helpful.

Big & clean room with plenty of space for 2. Nice big balcony as well! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a big plus! There was a small refrigerator for storing food as needed - it worked for what we needed. We enjoyed the stay here - would recommend & would stay again!
