"Staff were friendly. There are alot of homeless out in the mall. Glad of the card access to get into the building as use lift. It's within walking distance to the waterfront and Beatles story. "This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."
