The hall to our room was dim. The carpet had tears in it and was buckled in many areas and had stains. Our room was so dated. The mattresses were old and saggy, the surfaces were dusty, carpet had stains. We were very disappointed in the condition especially for the price we paid.

This hotel is coasting on the captive audience of travelers overnighting at Dulles and on the Hilton name. It's the most tired property I've stayed at in years, desperately in need of a renovation. The staff, however, try very hard to make up for all the physical shortcomings. But they can't do it alone -- they need help!
