"Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. But, the staff are amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and just lovely. Great location to...

"Nice Hotel near Hyde Park, London tubes, and bus routes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Shower had good pressure. Small in comparison to a typical hotel room in the US- but normal for what we would expect in London. Would Stay again!"

"Despite the general state of the building and the surrounding area, the room was surprisingly fresh and modern with some nice touches, like a nespresso machine and plenty of tea and coffee. Very comfy bed and a good night's sleep only slightly disturbed by noise from other guests. Bathroom is tiny but it works Breakfast is free because you could not expect people to pay for this quality. Very poor offering with cheap ingredients "

"All about location, otherwise this offered no more than a Travel Lodge but at twice the price. It was clean and comfortable, albeit not spacioys. Breakfast at 8.45am was at its lowest and luke warm but I think would have been very good had it have been hot. Staff available to assist but not hovvering. "
