"Our stay was very comfortable with the staff being extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was very good although the steps in the room up to the bathroom and lounge area were disconcerting and could lead to trips and falls by young or old. The evening meals and breakfast were very good with a reasonable choice and well prepared and served. The parking area was less desirable with very rough ground and lack of organised parking bays."

Staff make this place. Gorgeous hotel.
"What a gorgeous place to stay and the majority of the staff were what customer service quality is all about. Reception staff faultless, helpful and friendly Waiting/bar staff fantastic. Did have a couple of minor issues whilst there which were sorted out by the lovely staff we encountered, however, one particular restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful. Luckily the rest of the staff made up for her ineptitude and the issue she refused to deal with was sorted by others. Definitely will be back. "
