Was really surprised with the condition of the room. It was visibly dirty everywhere- walls, ceiling, furniture, light switches, and most frustratingly the toliet and shower were the worst. The place is under construction, but the dirt is not from that. The staff was very nice.

The place seemed to be under construction. Stains on the carpet. The vending machine only had one chocolate bar. It was a Kit Kat. Other than that it was empty. No matter what level I put the air conditioner it didn't change and stayed to hot in the room. On the plus side the rooms were very clean and large.

When we arrived at the property, it was under construction. The room they assigned us had a broken window and when we pulled the pull out couch was filled with mold and chewed pieces of gum. When I went to the main desk to complain, they were helpful, apologized and assigned us another room. The second room we went to had no mold, but dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor. When we got home Saturday, someone had hacked my credit card information based on the hotels charges for the 2 night stay. Based on this experience, I will not be booking this hotel again and have reported the breach to necessary parties.

The hotel is in the process of a much needed renovation. The staff is doing well with what they have to work with, but I would not stay again in the near future. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but in need of repair. For less than 12 hours it was fine for the price.

The staff are very friendly and helpful but the state of the property is TERRIBLE. Stains on walls, holes in walls, window curtain torn and hanging, water leaking in the tub that can't be turned off and a weird smell /cigarette smell in the room. Carpet is gross. The building NEEDS UPDATING and FIXING. You have good people working here. Fix up the property! Wont stay here again but its entirely because of the state of the hotel. Staff are great.

Parking is safe and easy. Room was clean. In-room Refrigerator and coffee/tea. The only problem was their pool was under repair and couldn’t be used. I wish I had known this sooner; as I had requested a hotel with a pool. All staff were helpful and considerate. A good stay if you don’t want to spend $$$.

The motel is currently being renovated and we had a renovated room; however, when we moved in, several fixtures weren't installed as yet. The room was extremely dusty and when I advised the front desk, they handed me a towel to dust the fixtures. The hallway was never cleaned during the room renovations. The window in the room was so dirty, it was hard to see the outside. The TV system was outdated and channel selection was a challenge. They offered bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, but NO liquid soap. Instead they offered tiny bars of facial soap. I had requested daily room cleaning, but that never happened in our 5 day stay. We had to go to the front desk to get towels daily. The pool was closed.

For a relatively inexpensive hotel this place had a nice spacious and clean room, the hotel was also quiet, and the bed very comfortable. The evening staff was very nice as well. The only small issues are that the room doesn't have a microwave, the water pressure of the shower wasn't the greatest and the hairdryer in the wall wasn't working. I would still return to this hotel in the future.

We choose this hotel due to the proximity of Highmark Stadium. The employees who checked us in were wonderful! The continental breakfast was very basic, which was fine, but our room had a little bit of a damp mildewy smell but the beds and pillows were very comfortable!

I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice.
