Designed for family living, the house offers open plan living/dining/kitchen downstairs with adjoining play room, W/C and utility room. This sociable layout allows guests to share time together. The play room also allows younger people their own space.

Upstairs are 4 spacious double bedrooms, an ensuite and master bathroom. Set in a semi rural location in the Yorkshire pennines, country walks and country pubs are on the doorstep. Relax and enjoy a spacious, peaceful and comfortable stay.

The region played host to the Tour de Yorkshire and has always been a popular destination for cyclists. There's plenty of countryside and an extensive canal network nearby to explore on foot or bike. Historic towns of Halifax and Huddersfield are within a 15 minute drive.
