"This hotel was extremely convenient for access to trains, restaurants and other amenities. It was a warm spring day when we arrived and room was very warm. The A/C is average at best so needed to open the window at night as room was too warm. Had to wear ear plugs as it is noisy due to locals partying out in the square in front of the hotel, until late hours. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Recommend this hotel as a reasonable alternative to the busy Amsterdam. "

"Superb reception staff, but breakfast staff were a bit aloof and grumpy. Room service staff did not carry out two requests correctly. Beds were poorly made up. No female sanitary bags were provided. Breakfasts were well laid out and gave a lot of choice, but cooked items were not hot, and the plates were cold. The hotel itself was a very pleasant place to stay."
