"The hotel staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the room is lacking. However, the rooms are big and have everything you need to stay for awhile. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just across the street. You are about 15-20 minutes from Lucaya Market."

"The location was excellent, including a free ferry into Lucaya Marketplace. The hotel was associated with Taino Beach Club that included use of it's huge pool and beach within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were a bit old, but the bed was comfortable."

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
