"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms could use updating but are kept clean. Take advantage of the Dive Center and tours. We snorkeled with the turtles and were the only ones to go so our driver gave us a tour of the island on the way there and back. We would go back! "

There were a few small improvements I would have liked, like a toasty hot hot tub open past 7 pm and a good thorough mopping of unit floors, but otherwise the facilities were nice, the kitchen made self-catering easy, laundry facilities convenient, and the staff could not have been kinder and more friendly. Be aware that you definitely will want to rent a car, and can easily do so from the property."

"The hotel staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the room is lacking. However, the rooms are big and have everything you need to stay for awhile. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just across the street. You are about 15-20 minutes from Lucaya Market."

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
