"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and I really like that the luggage storage was in a secured room. The room itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had AC so it would be good on a hot summer day but the weather was so nice we just had the windows open the entire time and the noise from the street and church bells wasn’t that bad. "Lovely hotel, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Water, coffee and tea available. Only criticism, the air conditioning was not working - we were told just on the 6th floor. It 25 degrees whilst we were staying. We were offered and accepted an electric fan, and advised to keep the windows open. Not ideal as the street was noisy late at night and early morning."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and I really like that the luggage storage was in a secured room. The room itself was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had AC so it would be good on a hot summer day but the weather was so nice we just had the windows open the entire time and the noise from the street and church bells wasn’t that bad. They didn’t have a fridge or kettle in the room but you can ask for hot water at the restaurant downstairs. The only thing we didn’t like is when we walked into our room, it looks like they just cleaned it and mopped the floor, so the floor was sopping wet and kinda smelled weird. We had to use the bathroom rug to dry it and the open window helped with the wet smell. Other than that, it was awesome and Ghent is beautiful! "
