"The property is nice but the breakfast is really disappointing but edible. The property has a restaurant on property called The Orangery which is advertised as a premier Fine dining restaurant and serves lunch and dinner. Unfortunately the breakfast apparently is not a part of the fine dining experience. otherwise it’s a lovely place in a good location with a great staff!"

"Great people, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower was terrible. Being a mix of hotel amd Indian restaurant our room constantly smelt of the food which was not good. If they had better extraction from the kitchen this may not have been the case. When leaving there was no key drop box so spent a while trying to find a safe space to leave key. Good one night stay hotel in my opinion. "

Spiral staircase was unique and fun in general but slightly tricky when maneuvering up or down with luggage. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to lay our heads during our journey!"

"The frontage of this stunning hotel hides the incredible style & comfort inside. It’s absolute brilliant. He is so thoughtful and intentional with the way he sets up the rooms, with any needs you might have during your stay there. He’s so friendly & literally reachable in minutes if things don’t go quite right in any aspect of your trip. I’ve never stayed at such a wonderful Bed & Breakfast, truly (and I travel quite a lot)....

On the River Kelvin, leafy walks to Kelvigrove Park on the river and on doorstep of The University. Super value and beats a chain hotel."

"We thought we were booking into an Inn with facilities but its a complex of Lodges which are being constructed and a building site. There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. The restaurant hasn't been built yet awaiting planning permission. This is not what we booked on our Anniversary Trip through Scotland - very disappointing We nearly fell over the raised...

"Lovely accommodation with antique furniture including a four poster bed. The shower took a bit of adjusting and the tap didn't seem to have much water but the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and the location was ideal for our purposes "

"A warm welcome, clean room and fabulous views and topped off with an amazingly tasty breakfast! This guest house is next door to the “Ben Arthur’s Bothy” pub which serves fantastic food at reasonable prices and the Lochside views from the Guesthouse and pub are amazing!"
